Fellowship RCO will provide specialized career counseling and job training assistance thru workforce partnerships and connection to financial aid resources for higher education credentials.

Fellowship utilizes Recovery Capital "REC-CAP", an evidence-based model providing reliable markers for achieving resilient recovery . Beginning with a Recovery Plan defined during baseline assessment, clients are guided in building recovery strengths and overcoming recovery barriers. Conducted at 90 day intervals REC-CAP delivers longitudinal measures of change across seven domains of recovery, including job placement and career development. Our team of certified recovery coaches and peer recovery specialists guide clients every step of the way.
